This luxury car has a 6.0L W12 twin-turbocharged engine rated at 621 horsepower and it puts out 590 foot pounds of torque. The GT can pull 0 to 60 in just 3.7 seconds, 0 to 100 in 8.9 seconds and has a top speed of 204 mph.

The power comes at a price in more ways than one. MPG in the city is 11.5 and highway is 24.4. I don't know if that's cruising at 200 mph plus or not.
